Regarding daily rentals:
At WSL Vacation Rentals we are happy to accommodate you for daily rentals. A
daily, or short term rental, is subject to the same cleaning fee as a full week
rental. Even with the additional cost it is often a much better value than a night or
two in a hotel.
Vacation rentals are appealing because you can find a comfortable property
outside the busiest commercial areas. These “vacation rental” properties are
generally quieter, more private, and offer a personal touch with all the comfort,
convenience, and spaciousness of a home.
Our Beach Cottage units offer the ambiance that you could expect in a boutique
B&B. You will find plenty of nice big fluffy towels, professionally laundered and
pressed 100% cotton sheets, and designer bedding that adds to the unique
charm of each room.
Regarding prime season Saturday check-in for weekly rentals:
Our regular check-in/out day is Saturday. You may drop off your luggage as
early as 10am and enjoy your day getting to know Oceanside and the many
things there are to do and see in Southern California. You may then return to the
property and check-in as early as 3pm.
Some people wish to check-in/out on Sunday rather than Saturday. Remember,
vacation rentals are small, often owner-operated, private businesses. At WSL
Vacation rentals we like to respect Sunday as a day of rest and reflection for
ourselves and our staff, and for all our families. We hope that by getting you
comfortably settled in on Saturday you will have the chance to do the same –
take a little “down-time” on Sunday and rest from your travels, make needed
reservations for outings, plan & organize, walk the beach, the pier, the harbor…
basically sloooow down to vacation pace.
If you are unable to check-in/out on Saturday, for an additional charge we may
be able to organize a Sunday check-in/out.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. We want you to be
as comfortable as possible and enjoy your stay so that you will come back year
after year, make us your vacation home-away-from-home.
